SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Brian R. Donevitch, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and driving a vehicle without inspection, filed Sept. 15 by Middlesex Township police.

Edward M. Miller, 22, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed Sept. 15 by Middlesex Township police.

Christopher J. O'Brien, 44, of Trucksville, Luzerne County, was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, terroristic threats, harassment and resisting arrest, filed Oct. 21 by state police

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:Jocelyn A. Arnoni, 18, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of attempting to possess a controlled substance, driving under the influence, a juvenile license violation, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Aug. 17 by state police.Patrick B. Gaudino, 19, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, underage drinking, careless driving and making an improper signal, filed Sept. 29 by Slippery Rock University police.Jeffrey A. Grace, 19, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, underage drinking, and making an improper signal, filed Sept. 26 by SRU police.Natalie F. Griffin, 19, of New Castle was held for court on charges of receiving stolen property, DUI, driving without a license, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Oct. 26 by state police.Luke F. Newstrom, 22, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving without headlights, filed Sept. 26 by SRU police.Nathan P. Schmitt, 31, of Portersville waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 20 by state police.Jeremy S. Schrecengost, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, altering a vehicle identification number, and two counts each of conspiracy to commit theft, conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit alteration of a VIN, filed Oct. 11 by Butler County detectives.Ronald C. Schrecengost, 44, of East Brady, Armstrong County waived to court nine counts of altering a vehicle identification number, receiving stolen property, and two counts each of conspiracy to commit theft, conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit alteration of a VIN, filed Oct. 27 by Butler County detectives.Joshua A. Simons, 18, of Waterford, Wisc., waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, underage drinking, careless driving and making an improper right turn, filed Aug. 31 by Slippery Rock police.Richard M. Snyder, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of child endangerment, corruption of minors and indecent assault, filed July 9 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Salina P. Chilson, 30, of Boyers waived to court charges of driving under the influence, child endangerment, failing to keep right, careless driving and driving with improper tires, filed Sept. 8. Chilson, in a separate case, waived charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and careless driving, filed Oct. 3.Jessica J. Lackey, 27, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 26.Shawn Myers, 36, of Bruin pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, driving without insurance and careless driving, filed Sept. 23. Myers was ordered to pay $973.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.Michael Pflugh, 28, of Karns City waived to court two counts each of simple assault and harassment, in separate cases filed Sept. 26 and Oct. 18.Zacharri W. Renick, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Aug. 22.
