Last week: Sheffield earned a 28-8 win over Cameron County. Union rolled to a 49-0 victory over A-C Valley.

The numbers: Sheffield's Nick Bonavita paces the Wolverines in rushing with 662 yards and seven TDs on 114 carries. He also leads the team in receptions (11 for 135 yards) and solo tackles (39) ... Union QB Taylor Smith leads the Golden Knights in passing (1,092 yards, 13 TDs, four interceptions) and rushing (543 yards, five TDs). ... Union's Austin Davis and Mikey Harris have combined for 789 rushing yards and 10 TDs, along with 19.3 tackles per game. ... Brody Pollock has 27 catches for 422 yards and seven TDs. He also leads the Golden Knights with five interceptions.

Notes: One of Bonavita's two TDs last week was a 99-yard sprint. ... Union beat Sheffield 20-16 last year. ... The Golden Knights are playoff bound for the first time in school history.

<B>Last week:</B> The Gremlins downed St. Marys 33-21; The Bobcats routed Clarion-Limestone 52-6.<B>The numbers:</B> Alex Kinkela and Glenn Toy each rushed for more than 100 yards and scored two touchdowns apiece as the Gremlins churned out 363 yards rushing. Toy leads the team with 836 yards. Kinkela had scored 11 total touchdowns, Toy 10. ... Clarion's T.J. Armstrong rushed for 94 yards and three TDs last week. He leads the Bobcats with 153 carries for 656 yards and nine scores. Marcus Smerker has 280 yards on the ground and three TDs. Camron Kirkland is tops in receptions (20) and receiving yards (363). Quarterback Brandon Heeter has completed 33 of 70 passes for 651 yards, nine TDs and four interceptions.<B>Notes:</B> Wiser returned to the Clarion sidelines this year, replacing Judd Allan. Wiser won 146 games and a pair of District 9 Class A titles at Clarion from 1988-2009 and is a member of the Pennsylvania Coaches Football Hall of Fame. ... The Bobcats won the KSAC Small School Division this season with a 5-0 record while the Gremlins were 3-1 for second place in the Large School Division.

<B>Last week:</B> Greenville routed Sharon 39-13; Slippery Rock bested Oil City 27-6.<B>The numbers: </B>Slippery Rock QB Ryan Currie leads the Rockets with 617 yards rushing and nine TDs and 477 yards passing and four TDs. ... Rockets' WR Sam Furrh is a deep-play threat, averaging 32.5 yards per reception. ... Greenville likes to put the ball in the air with QB Tyler Gentile. The senior has completed 82-0f-148 passes for 1,273 yards and 15 TDs. ... His main target is Nico Zahnhiser, who has 36 receptions for 647 yards and 9 scores. ... The Trojans have rushed for just 777 yards this season on 4.2 yards per carry.<B>Notes:</B> Slippery Rock already has qualified for the District 10 Class AAA playoffs, the Rockets first playoff berth since 2008.

<B>Last week:</B> The Indians lost to Sharpsville 35-0 while A-C Valley fell at home to Union 49-0.<B>The numbers:</B> Conneaut Valley's biggest threat on offense is senior WR Nolan Varee (6-foot-1, 175 pounds), who has caught 35 passes for 456 yards this season. ... Sophomore RB Mike Suto leads A-C Valley with 283 yards on the ground. ... Sophomore WR Austin Morgan leads the Falcons with 160 yards receiving.<B>Notes:</B> Conneaut Valley won last year's clash with the Falcons 55-6.
