Cross Country Standouts

The Butler High School cross country team was honored with a post-season banquet by the Parents Club on Nov. 7, 1971, at the Garden Gate Restaurant. Rick Elias received the coveted Denny Coyle Award and Dennis Nadius was named Most Valuable Performer. The team was named the Midwestern Athletic Conference champions.
