CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases:
Andrew Charles Fink, 21, of East Butler pleaded guilty to charges of criminal mischief and driving with a suspended license, filed by state police Sept. 23. Fink owes $1,680.50 in fines and court costs.
Samantha Longstreth, 20, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, carrying false ID, disregarding traffic lanes, speeding, careless driving, being underage and driving under the influence of alcohol, and failing to wear a seat belt, filed by state police Oct. 5.
Dennis Buccigrossi, 56, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed by state police Sept. 8.
Jamie Lee Bowser, 35, of Bruin waived to court charges of DUI and driving on roads laned for traffic, filed by state police Sept. 13.
William George Blust Jr., 51, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended registration, driving without insurance, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed by state police Sept. 2.
Jason Allen Ramsey, 36, of Chicora waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed by state police Oct. 6.
Melissa Rae McKinney, 43, of Harrisville waived to court two counts of simple assault and two counts of harassment, filed by state police Oct. 16.
Mary Diana Yarbrough, 47, of Pittsburgh waived to court two counts of unlawful taking and one count of receiving stolen property, filed by state police Aug. 1.
Cranberry Twp — District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Thomas Patrick Griffin, 36 of Monroeville waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 4 with retail theft and receiving stolen property.Janean Mangialardi, 32, of Plum waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 12 with retail theft.Nathan J. Marshall, 29, of Fombell waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 28 with criminal conspiracy, forgery, access device fraud, identity theft, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Joseph Carman Mangelli, 53, of Beaver Falls waived his case to court. He was charged July 18 with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Andrew Patrick Shank II, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 15 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Anthony Derick Gosha, 55, of Cleveland waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 13 with promoting prostitution.Michael J. Faraj, 31, of Dearborn, Mich., waived his case to court. He was charged June 22 by the state attorney general’s office with criminal conspiracy and retail theft.Richard Paul Thewes, 20, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 23 by Butler County detectives with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, criminal use of a communication facility, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
