SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Shannon A. Bopp, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, a lane violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 31.

Missy M. Emerick, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, careless driving and following too closely to another vehicle, filed July 18.

Steven M. Frey, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and reckless driving, filed Sept. 1.

Michael L. Hite, 36, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed Aug. 16.

Dean M. Kestner, 49, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI and driving at an unsafe speed, filed June 20.

Preston A. Roach, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 17.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Tina M. English, 25, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct, filed July 14 by township police. English was ordered to pay $664.50 in fines and court costs.Tyler J. Evans, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 4 by township police. Evans was ordered to pay $453.50 in fines and court costs.Patrick M. Geagan, 42, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a lighting violation, filed Aug. 3 by township police.Jennifer R. Gordon, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and not pulling over for an emergency vehicle, filed Aug. 28 by township police.Jason R. Hartin, 33, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass, filed Sept. 28 by township police. Hartin was ordered to pay $438.50 in fines and court costs.Mitchell B. Hill, 47, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to charges of hit-and-run and failing to stop and give information or render aid after an accident, filed Aug. 25 by township police. Hill was ordered to pay $485.50 in fines and court costs.Donald Hutchinson, 19, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, underage drinking, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, driving without a license and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Aug. 25 by township police.Melissa A. Matson, 21, of Delmont, Westmoreland County, pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 8 by township police. Matson was ordered to pay $662 in fines and court costs.Brandon M. Meyerl, 18, of Mars pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 2 by Butler County Community College police. Meyerl was ordered to pay $453.50 in fines and court costs.Jason Ryan, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, false identification to police, disorderly conduct, hit-and-run, driving with a suspended license, a lane violation, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Sept. 9 by township police.Dwayne A. Sisco, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Sept. 13 by township police.Jessica J. Stevens, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, a lane violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 31 by state police.Heather A. Castillo, 19, of California, Pa., was held for court on a charge of possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed Aug. 30 by Slippery Rock University police.David M. Craft, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of theft and defiant trespass, filed Sept. 6 by state police.James A. Cunningham, 46, of Pleasantview, Venango County, waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and access device fraud, filed Sept. 9 by Moraine State Park rangers.Stephen A. May, 29, of Saegertown, Crawford County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, accidents involving injury while not licensed, driving without a license and driving with a suspended license, careless driving, reckless driving, not stopping at a stop sign, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving at an unsafe speed, a lane violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 18 by state police.Jason S. Miller, 25, of Knoxville, Tioga County, waived to court three counts each of unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility, and two counts of soliciting unlawful contact with a minor, filed Oct. 4 by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office.Landon C. Noullet, 35, of Ellwood City was held for court on charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and not carrying his vehicle registration card, filed Sept. 6 by state police.Andrew Paul Walker, 28, of Grove City waived to court charges of trespass, loitering and prowling at night, and criminal mischief, filed Oct. 4 by state police.

Deal, 40, of Petrolia was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Aug. 17.Robin Dittmer, 49, of Fenelton waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing required headgear on a motorcycle, filed July 18.Shawn Gray, 44, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed April 2.Michael J. Hilliard, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, careless driving and improperly approaching a vehicle from the rear, filed Aug. 18.Steven T.
