Shannon A. Bopp, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, a lane violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 31.
Missy M. Emerick, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, careless driving and following too closely to another vehicle, filed July 18.
Steven M. Frey, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and reckless driving, filed Sept. 1.
Michael L. Hite, 36, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed Aug. 16.
Dean M. Kestner, 49, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of DUI and driving at an unsafe speed, filed June 20.
Preston A. Roach, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Sept. 17.
BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Tina M. English, 25, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct, filed July 14 by township police. English was ordered to pay $664.50 in fines and court costs.Tyler J. Evans, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 4 by township police. Evans was ordered to pay $453.50 in fines and court costs.Patrick M. Geagan, 42, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence and a lighting violation, filed Aug. 3 by township police.Jennifer R. Gordon, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and not pulling over for an emergency vehicle, filed Aug. 28 by township police.Jason R. Hartin, 33, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass, filed Sept. 28 by township police. Hartin was ordered to pay $438.50 in fines and court costs.Mitchell B. Hill, 47, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to charges of hit-and-run and failing to stop and give information or render aid after an accident, filed Aug. 25 by township police. Hill was ordered to pay $485.50 in fines and court costs.Donald Hutchinson, 19, of Lyndora waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, underage drinking, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, driving without a license and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Aug. 25 by township police.Melissa A. Matson, 21, of Delmont, Westmoreland County, pleaded guilty to charges of retail theft and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 8 by township police. Matson was ordered to pay $662 in fines and court costs.Brandon M. Meyerl, 18, of Mars pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 2 by Butler County Community College police. Cunningham, 46, of Pleasantview, Venango County, waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and access device fraud, filed Sept. 9 by Moraine State Park rangers.Stephen A. May, 29, of Saegertown, Crawford County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, accidents involving injury while not licensed, driving without a license and driving with a suspended license, careless driving, reckless driving, not stopping at a stop sign, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving at an unsafe speed, a lane violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 18 by state police.Jason S.
