Brett Rinker shot a 73, good enough for a first-place tie, and the Slippery Rock golf team placed second Saturday at the 2011 Boys District 10 Golf Team Championship at The Country Club of Meadville.
Cathedral Prep claimed the title for the fifth straight season with a team scored of 315.
Slippery Rock shot a 336 as a team.
Rinker tied with Cameron Zbrzeznj of Cathedral Prep with his 73.
The tournament featured the teams who were winners of the six regions in the district.
