SMOKEY VISITS
Jerry Coates, 5, center, son of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Coates, and Cathy Glenn, 4, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Glenn, both of Zelienople, take a lesson in the handling of fire extinguishers in October 1971 from Smokey Bear. Smokey made guest appearances around Zelienople-Harmony and other parts of Butler County during Fire Prevention Week.
