Friends of Troy Jay Hallam, 34, and his 22-month-old daughter, Hailey Marie Hallam, who both died Friday, Aug. 26, 2011, may visit Thursday at the Dawson Funeral Home, 215 W. Fifth St., East Liverpool, Ohio, where the family will be from 2 to 8 p.m.

Charles C. Pugh III, evangelist, Will Montgomery, evangelist, and the Rev. Paul Treese will conduct a funeral service at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Columbiana County Memorial Park.

Following the service, family and friends will gather at the Virginia Avenue Church of Christ Multi-Purpose Building in Chester, W.Va., for fellowship.
