Elizabeth L. 'Liz' Campbell
Elizabeth L. “Liz” Campbell of South Main Street, Harrisville, died at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
She was born July 12, 1936, in Jackson Center to Milton O. Adams and Hazel M. (Perrine) Adams.
She was employed at Wal-Mart of Grove City for six years. She formerly was a bartender for the Mercer Moose Lodge and the Harrisville American Legion. She also did housekeeping for several people in the area.
She was a former member of the Ladies of the Moose of Mercer and a member of the Harrisville American Legion Auxiliary.
She enjoyed going to casinos and traveling. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was married to Kenneth L. Campbell on Sept. 21, 1985, and he died May 14, 2004.
She is survived by a daughter, Brenda L. Bole of Harrisville; three sons, Dale M. McCoy of Harrisville, Larry E. McCoy of Greenville and Raymond L. McCoy of Grove City; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She also is survived by two brothers, Milton Adams Jr. and his wife, Opal, of Centreville, Ala., and Fred Adams and his wife, Mildred, of Sharon; and by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two sisters, and two brothers.
<B>CAMPBELL </B>— A funeral service for Elizabeth L. “Liz” Campbell, who died Friday, Aug. 26, 2011, will be at <B>Jamison Funeral Home</B>, 117 N. Main St., Harrisville, at 11 a.m. Tuesday with Pastor William T. Gilligan of the Harrisville United Methodist Church officiating.
