Schnur, Wilkinson
Tanya Schnur of Butler and Wesley Wilkinson of Duluth, Ga. were united in marriage July 16 at St. Wendelin Catholic Church. The Rev. Steve Neff officiated. A reception followed at the Four Points Sheraton in Mars.
The bride is the daughter of Dess and Bernadette Schnur of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Alan and Jean Wilkinson of Cranberry Township.
The honor attendant was Lindsay Martin of Butler. Bridesmaids included Angela Schnur and Lyric Schnur, both of Butler, Whitney Wilkinson of Philadelphia and Shelby Wilkinson of Cranberry Township. The flower girls were Allison Schnur and Faith Schnur, both of Butler.
Performing the duties of best man was Alan Wilkinson of Cranberry Township. Ushers included Des Schnur, Curtis Schnur and Michael Slater, all of Butler, and Ryan Burdette of Dacula, Ga. The ring bearers were Cody Schnur and Mac Schnur, both of Butler.
The bride graduated from Butler High School in 1996 and from Indiana (Pa.) University in 2000 and earned master’s in health and physical education at IUP in 2005.
She is employed by the Butler School District.
The bridegroom graduated from Dacula High School in 2002. He is employed by Marmon Keystone in East Butler.
Following a honeymoon trip to St. Lucia, the couple is making their home in Chicora.
