Josephine A. Brockman, 91, of Mars died Wednesday evening at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born in Pittsburgh, April 20, 1920, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Jane A. Resek Boice.

Surviving are a brother, William Boice of Evans City, and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Brockman, who she married Dec. 26, 1941, and who died Oct. 4, 1997; a sister, Virginia Croop; and a brother, Lawrence Boice.
