Norman Creeks Jr.
Norman C. Creeks Jr., 81, of West Deer Township died Sunday.
Born in Bakerstown, Sept. 1, 1929, he was the son of the late Norman C. and Carrie (Carlisle) Creeks Sr.
Norman worked for the Peoples National Gas Co. for more than 40 years.
He was a longtime member of the Moose Lodge 957 of Harmony, was a Little League coach for the West Deer Baseball Association and was a leader for Boy Scout Troop 653, Bakerstown.
He was the beloved husband for 61 years of Janet L. (McCormick) Creeks, who he married June 16, 1950; loving father of Vicky (Lew) McKinney of Cranberry Township, Larry (Leila) Creeks of Saxonburg and Amy Creeks of Zelienople; and brother of Hazel Boliver of Richland Township and the late Jack Creeks. He was the proud grandfather of Scott Creeks of Cranberry Township and Christopher Creeks of Zelienople.

Creeks Jr., who died Sunday, Aug. 14, 2011, are welcomed from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at <B>Schellhaas Funeral Home</B>, 5864 Heckert Road, Bakerstown, 250 yards off Route 8. Services will be in the funeral home at 10 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Dr. Andrew C. Harvey officiating.
