Donald E. Allhouse Jr., 37, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUI on an all-terrain vehicle, driving an ATV on a highway, driving without a license and insurance, and not wearing proper headgear on an ATV, filed Sept. 3 by state police.

Elizabeth A. Branic, 20, of Strongsville, Ohio, waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, and driving without lights, filed June 22 by Slippery Rock police.

Nicholas A. Corlett, 26, of Hubbard, Ohio, waived to court eight counts of forgery, two counts of identity theft and a charge of theft, filed Aug. 7 by Slippery Rock police.

Andrew J. Coscia, 19, of Eldred, McKean County, waived to court DUI, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system and not stopping at a red light, filed June 7 by Slippery Rock police.

Bruce J. Goettler, 52, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, reckless endangerment, a stop sign violation, speeding through a work zone, a lane violation, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and reckless driving, filed June 1 by state police.

Miles T. Magenis, 24, of Eighty Four, Washington County, waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed April 11 by state police.

George E. McGary IV, 37, of Prospect waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed June 26 by state police.
