BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Kelly M. Bandura, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 4 by township police. Bandura was ordered to pay $564.50 in fines and court costs.

Gary L. Carlson, 52, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Aug. 26 by township police.

Edward W. Dixon, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 1 by township police. Dixon was ordered to pay $664.50 in fines and court costs.

Joseph M. Musick, 44, of Butler was held for court on a charge of simple assault, filed Aug. 16 by Butler County detectives,

Samantha L. Smith, 21, of Valencia waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed July 19 by state police.

John A. Walbert, 28, of Lyndora waived to court charges of theft, attempted theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, false reports to police and disorderly conduct, filed Aug. 24 by township police. In a separate case filed Aug. 24 by township police, Walbert waived a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia.

Travis J. Zaborowski, 21, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and harassment, filed July 14 by township police. Zaborowski was ordered to pay $864.50 in fines and court costs.

Joshua S. Young, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 24 by township police.
