Paul William Foster

Paul William Foster, 78, of Beaver Falls died Tuesday at his home after a long battle with cancer.

Paul was born Oct. 5, 1932, in Philadelphia, beloved son of the late Howell and Edith Foster.

He was educated at both Gettysburg and Temple universities, and served 3 years as an Air Crewman in the U.S. Coast Guard. Aside from aviation, Paul also enjoyed sailing and RV-ing, as well as spending leisure time in Ocean City, N.J., and Fort Myers, Fla., with his family.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Dorothy Ann Foster; his three children, Nancy Krebs (Michael), Mark Foster (Cindy) and Carol Findlay (Allan); eight grandchildren, Sam, Laura, Maggie, Kyle, Emma, Alexis, Trey, and Jackson; two brothers, Rev. Howell “Bud” Foster and Rev. Dr. Ross Foster.

<B>FOSTER — </B>Friends of Paul William Foster, who died Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2011, will be received from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the<B> BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME,</B> 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. A memorial service will be held at 5:30 p.m. Sunday at the Calvin Presbyterian Church, 415 E.
