JAKE GAMBLE (Butler), a member of the Penn State Behrend men’s soccer team, netted a goal in a 2-1, two-overtime loss to Baldwin-Wallace on Sunday. Gamble finished the two-game tournament with three goals.•

MEGHAN FRANZ (Seneca Valley) posted eight and nine kills, respectively, in California (Pa.) University’s 3-0 win over Wisconsin-Parkside and a 3-0 loss to Ferris State (Mich.) at the Ferris State Invitational Saturday. Frantz, a junior middle hitter, helped the Vulcans go 3-1 over the weekend with a team-high 30 kills and tied with 10 blocks and was named to the All-Tournament Team.•

RACHEL GRUBBS (Freeport) had a team-high four kills, but the Penn State Beaver women’s volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision to Franciscan University Saturday.•

KELLY TRESER (Seneca Valley) recorded 12 kills in keying the Penn State Behrend women’s volleyball team to a 3-1 victory over Buffalo State Saturday at the Cortland (N.Y.) Red Dragon Classic.•

JENNIFER BOYD (Seneca Valley) a member of the Ball State University women’s volleyball team, had a season-high 14 kills and a team-high four blocks in a 3-0 victory over Murray State Saturday at Valparaiso (Ind.) University.
