Delores Eileen Nicholson passed away Friday at her home in Eustis, Fla., after a long illness.

She was born July 17, 1931, in Pittsburgh and grew up in Butler.

She was a kindergarten teacher in both Butler and Buffalo Township. For the past 20 years she lived in central Florida where she continued her career in teaching.

She is survived by her husband, Donald V. Nicholson; a daughter, Cyndy Nicholson of Eustis; a son, Bradley Nicholson; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
