Alisa Kovalchick and Luke Werner

A Sept. 17 wedding is being planned by Alisa Kovalchick and Luke Werner, both of Pittsburgh.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Andrew and Karen Kovalchick of West Sunbury. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Anita Farmer and Eric Werner, both of Butler.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Butler High School and a 2007 graduate of Kent State University. She is employed by American Eagle Outfitters Corporate in Pittsburgh.

Her fiance graduated in 2004 from Butler High School and in 2009 from West Virginia University. He is employed by Davey Tree Expert Company in Gibsonia.
