Thomas E. Forrisi, 76, of Harmony passed away Monday morning at his home.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the A. Carl Kinsey-Ronald N. Volz Funeral Home, 114 W. Spring St., Zelienople. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
