SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases:

Kevin D. Barnett, 19, of Erie waived to court a charge of possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed June 15 by state police.

Christopher T. Chase, 24, of Prospect, pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, driving with a suspended license and harassment, filed July 3 by Prospect police. Chase was ordered to pay $564.50 in fines and court costs.

James A. Evans, 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of trespass, filed June 6 by state police.

Matthew T. McDougall, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and an open container violation, filed June 1 by state police.

Dejon S. Sheppard, 19, of Erie waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed June 15 by state police.

Justin R. Wagner, 21, of Prospect waived to court charges of trespass and criminal mischief, filed July 26 by state police.

District Judge Lewis StoughtonCHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Robert D. Chura, 49, of Eau Claire waived to court charges of driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lanes, filed June 27.Richard L. Holliday, 55, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed July 18. Holliday was ordered to pay $264.50 in fines and court costs.Richard A. Hughes, 24, of Eau Claire waived to court charges of DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude police, hit-and-run, careless driving, failing to stop and render aid and failing to immediately notify police of an accident, filed July 21.
