Brent L. Isanogle, 56, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving an all-terrain vehicle on a road, filed June 9.

Elizabeth A. Ogershok, 21, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI and a lighting violation, filed May 20.

Thomas G. Protulipac, 36, of Worthington, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed May 25.

Sheri L. Spencer, 34, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, filed June 6.
