SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Richard E. Alwine, 32, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, not using turn signals and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 21 by state police.

Chaley Barnes, 31, of Boyers waived to court charges of false identification to law enforcement authorities and driving without insurance, filed Feb. 27 by Penn Township police.

Nicholas J. Brucker, 23, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit trespass and driving with a suspended license, filed Dec. 27 by state police.

Lucas M. Rubin, 19, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, driving with a suspended license, a lane violation, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, reckless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed April 28 by state police.

Leonard S. Walkowiak, 70, of Butler waived to court charges of insurance fraud and attempted theft by deception, filed May 23 by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office.

Julie Ann Warren, 37, of Freeport was held for court on charges of DUI, a lane violation, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 6 by state police.

Shawn R. Woodruff, 34, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed by state police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Robert V. Albaugh, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a lane violation, filed May 23 by township police.Rachelle A. Baker, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of accidents involving injury, failure to stop and render aid after an accident, failure to immediately notify police of an accident, reckless driving and driving at an unsafe speed, filed May 20 by township police.Daryl L. Claypoole II, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 2 by township police. Claypoole was ordered to pay $303.50 in fines and court costs.Joseph M. Gibson, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, identity theft and seven counts of receiving stolen property, filed May 25 by township police. Gibson in a separate case pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property, filed May 25 by township police. He was ordered to pay $764.50 in fines and court costs.Tina M. Gibson, 34, of Butler waived to court charges of felony retail theft, receiving stolen property, and trespass, filed June 7 by township police.Mitchell W. Hollobaugh, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed June 13 by township police. Hollobaugh was ordered to pay $253.50 in fines and court costs.William H. Kelsea, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and driving with a suspended license-DUI related, filed July 1 by township police.Maria M. McCabe, 47, of Karns City was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, accidents involving injury while not properly licensed, false reports to police, possessing drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, driving with a suspended license, giving false information, reckless driving, careless driving, driving at an unsafe speed and driving without insurance, filed May 13 by township police.Terry D. McClimans Jr., 26, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft and disorderly conduct, filed April 25 by township police.Stormie N. Milligan, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving at an unsafe speed and underage drinking, filed May 18 by township police.Randy J. Schuller, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and a lighting violation, filed June 30, by township police.James R. Snyder, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, accidents involving injury, hit-and-run, failure to stop and render aid after an accident, failure to immediately notify police of an accident, reckless driving, careless driving, driving at an unsafe speed, driving without insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed April 4 by township police.Tricia A. Trubic, 41, of Butler waived to court three counts each of bad checks and theft by deception, filed in three separate complaints June 2 by township police.John Wayne Webb, 42, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of unlawful contact with a minor and criminal use of a communication facility, filed June 9 by state police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases filed by state police:Matthew T. Bibza, 32, of Grove City waived to court charges of driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lanes, filed April 11Kara M. McClain, 27, of Zelienople was held for court on charges of DUI, speeding and careless driving, filed May 18.Mandy Joy Miller, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and driving with no rear lights, filed April 12.Brandon M. Mokel, 25, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness, filed June 6. Mokel was ordered to pay $1,058.50 in fines and court costs.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Edward A. Kriebel, 45, of Petrolia waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 2.Robert MacDonald, 29, of Fenelton waived to court charges of driving under the influence, accidents involving injury while not properly licensed, driving at an unsafe speed, a lane violation, careless driving, driving an all-terrain vehicle on a road, driving an ATV without a license plate, carelessly driving an ATV and driving an ATV while intoxicated, filed May 25.Alysia McGarvey, 65, of Naples, Fla., waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed June 30.Tracy L. Rusak, 29, of Boyers waived to court charges of DUI, driving without insurance and careless driving, filed June 6.Dale E. Yarger, 56, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, passing another vehicle unsafely, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 9.
