Craig Addison Middleton, 54, of Butler died Friday.

He was born Nov. 27, 1956, in Berkeley County, W.Va.

He was employed by US Airways.

He is survived by his siblings, Barbara Ann Harmison and H. Wayne Middleton, both of Martinsburg, W.Va., and Kenneth Lee Middleton, of Leechburg, Pa.
