We wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to our many friends, neighbors and relatives for the kindness and sympathy shown during our recent bereavement, the loss of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister, Cynthia L. Hess. We especially wish to thank the Butler Memorial Hospital ICU doctors, nurses and staff, Rev. Pat Nelson of First United Methodist Church and Fox Funeral Home.
