The family of James R. Andrews would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to our many friends, neighbors and relatives who offered words of sympathy, flowers, cards and prayers during our recent bereavement of our beloved husband, father and grandfather.

We wish to thank the staff of the VA Hospice Center of Butler, 4th Floor Nurses and Chaplains Bob Smith and Jerry Kelise for the compassionate care they provided Jim and our entire family.
