Clint E. Nagle, 27, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 10 by Butler County detectives.
Beth A. Trask, 35, of Freeport waived to court a charge of driving under the influence and an open container violation, filed June 6 by state police.
Derek L. Willis, 28, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, careless driving and driving at an unsafe speed, filed May 31 by Penn Township police.
BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:Jory Melik, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license-DUI related and two counts of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed June 11.Albert C. Perfors III, 19, waived to court 10 counts each of theft from a vehicle, conspiracy to commit theft from a vehicle and receiving stolen property, seven counts of loitering or prowling at night and a charge of criminal mischief, in 10 separate cases filed May 23.Carol Petronek, 49, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed May 16.Nicholas Samuel-Reyes Planas, 20, of Saxonburg waived to court 10 counts each of theft from a vehicle, conspiracy to commit theft from a vehicle and receiving stolen property, seven counts of loitering or prowling at night and a charge of criminal mischief, in 10 separate cases filed May 23.Nikola Jon Skrak, 26, of Prospect waived to court six counts of forgery and charges of theft by deception and identity theft, filed June 7.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Sarah Deal, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance, filed March 24.Suny S. Desai, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug possession, filed May 12. Desai was ordered to pay $1,315 in fines and court costs.Richard J. Edwards Sr., 46, of Karns City waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed May 28.Anthony Hattaway, 20, of Bruin waived to court four counts of theft, three counts of receiving stolen property and a charge of conspiracy to commit theft, filed May 9.Mykel Hattaway, 22, of Petrolia waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft, filed May 9.Nancy Hinchberger, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, driving with a suspended license and careless driving, filed May 5. In a separate case also filed May 5, Hinchberger pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia. She was ordered to pay $565 in fines and court costs.Michael C. Huffman, 21, of Knox, Clarion County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, underage drinking, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, abandoning a vehicle on the road and failing to immediately notify police of an accident, filed Feb. 11.Shane M. Lowther, 25, of Grove City was held for court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, abandoning a vehicle on the road, failing to immediately notify police of an accident, filed April 25.Michael L. Pears Jr., 29, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, speeding and careless driving, filed May 9.Cody T. Pyle, 21, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI and a stop sign violation, filed March 28.Jeremy Rutherford, 20, of Petrolia waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and underage drinking, filed June 21.Gifford Stewart Jr., 43, of Fenelton waived to court three counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, and a charge of conspiracy to commit theft, filed May 6.Zachary D. Stroup, 18, of Corry, Erie County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 29. Stroup was ordered to pay $550 in fines and court costs.Brandon Sullivan, 19, of Butler waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed April 18.Vanessa K. Trainor, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and failing to sign her vehicle registration card, filed May 16.
