Pecan Dandies Dehydrator Style

2 cups raw pecan pieces soaked overnight2 cups raw hulled sunflower seeds soaked overnight2 ripe bananas1/2 cup grade B maple syrup1/2 cup shredded coconut1/4 cup raw hulled hemp seed1/4 cup raw flax seed1/4 cup raw chia seed (optional)1/2 tsp. cinnamonDrain the soaked pecans and sunflower seeds. In a food processor, add all the ingredients, pulse chop to desired consistency, scraping down sides. Put teaspoon sized portions of the dough on a teflex sheet in the dehydrator. Pat down into cookie shape.Turn on to 125 degrees for the first two hours. There should be a skin on the cookie so you can flip the trays so cookie is on mesh without teflex. Continue to dehydrate overnight.Store in an airtight container.
