SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Addison W. Brant III, 31, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court a charge of possessing a controlled substance and three counts of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed April 2 by Buffalo Township police.

Tanarra R. Graham, 20, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 10 by Middlesex Township police.

Kelli Hildebrand, 33, of Freeport waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 3 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Carey M. Johns, 33, of Bruin waived to court charges of stalking, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed June 13 by Saxonburg police.

Amy T. Rugan 37, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of insurance fraud and attempted theft by deception, filed March 23 by the state Attorney General’s Office.

Bowman, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed April 10 by state police.James D. Chambers, 27, of Greenville, Mercer County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving an unregistered vehicle, improperly displaying a license plate, failing to keep right, driving without headlights and driving without a valid inspection, filed Feb. 22 by state police.Todd M. Fair, 32, of Carnegie, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, careless driving, driving without insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed April 19 by Slippery Rock University police.Vanessa E. Morrison, 20, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of theft, receiving stolen property, defiant trespass, driving an unregistered vehicle and misuse of vehicle registration, filed April 5 by state police.Ryan Charles-Peter Mullen, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft and criminal mischief, filed June 1 by state police.
