ZELIENOPLE — The Resurrection Band is recruiting members for its annual July 4 performances in Zelienople.Practices will be held from 7 to 8:15 p.m. Mondays in June in the cafeteria of Connoquenessing Valley Elementary School. The band performs at 11 a.m. during the Zelienople July 4 parade and will present a concert from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Zelienople Community Park. Powerful Connections for Women in Butler County will start at 8 a.m. June 16 in Founders Hall at Butler County Community College.The morning activities address women as leaders in nontraditional roles and identifies strategies and milestones for success.
