SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Brian R. Hempler, 30, of Lyndora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving a vehicle without valid inspection, filed April 10 by state police.

Cynthia A. McCallister, 20, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed March 31 by Penn Township police. McCallister was ordered to pay $364.50 in fines and court costs.

Rachel E. Raducz, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, filed March 31 by Middlesex Township police.

Carly R. Rape, 19, of Callery waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking and not using turn signals, filed April 17 by state police.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Kathleen A. Bollinger, 49, of Butler waived to court a charge of fraudulent acquisition of a controlled substance, filed May 23 by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, Bureau of Narcotics.Daniel J. Cunningham, 25, of Butler waived to court two counts of reckless endangerment and charges of disorderly conduct and unlawfully discharging a firearm, filed May 20 by township police.Benjamin D. Davidson, 32, of Butler waived to court a charge of felony retail theft, filed April 4 by township police.Nancy C. Daye, 74, of Lyndora was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed April 19 by township police.Nicholas B. Defelice, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and defiant trespass, filed May 12 by township police.Martina Groncki, 43, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 11 by the Butler County Sheriff's Office. Groncki was ordered to pay $453.50 in fines and court costs.William L. Hatfield, 28, of Butler was held for court on charges of conspiracy to commit robbery and receiving stolen property, filed April 11 by township police.Jeremy M. Jones, 28, of Clio, Mich., waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 11 by township police.Daniella M. Logsdon, 25, of Butler waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, false identification to law enforcement authorities and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 11 by township police.Diane E. McClelland, 43, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed April 14 by state police.Carl T. Stiffy IV, 28, of Volant, Lawrence County, was held for court on charges of forgery and theft, filed April 25 by township police.David A. Vriendt, 37, of Butler was held for court on charges of robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, theft and receiving stolen property, filed April 11 by township police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases filed by state police:Christopher M. Heitzer, 20, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Dec. 13.Branden R. Holbert, 18, of Mount Morris, Greene County, waived to court charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed April 18.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Shane H. Clark, 38, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed April 13.Nathaniel W. Dahl, 26, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving without headlights on and not wearing a seat belt, filed April 8.Douglas Hosler, 45, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed March 8.John J. Knox, 38, of Petrolia waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Aug. 30.Ronald S. Morgan, 47, of Pittsburgh waived to court 113 counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, 62 counts of statutory sexual assault, 83 counts of aggravated indecent assault, 144 counts of sexual abuse of children, 103 counts of indecent assault, 30 counts of child endangerment, 35 counts of corruption of minors, seven counts of possessing a small amount of marijuana, and a charge of possessing a controlled substance, filed April 30.Michael L. Watterson, 50, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of manufacturing a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed May 16.Watterson, in a separate case, waived to court charges of DUI, disobeying a traffic control device, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 12.
