Butler Catholic School, accredited since 1990, recently was reaccredited through the Commission on Elementary Schools of the Middle States Association.

The school completed an intensive self-evaluation process that culminated in a multiday visit to the school by a volunteer team of regional educators appointed by Middle States.

The team met with and interviewed members of the school community. They also observed classrooms, toured the facilities, and studied plans for school improvement, information about its operation and data on student performance.

Butler Catholic joins more than 3,600 schools accredited by the Philadelphia-based Middle States Association in the mid-Atlantic region and in more than 80 countries.
