SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Justin T. Stackhouse, 31, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, operating a meth lab, possession of liquid ammonia gas, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and child endangerment, filed May 10 by state police.
Philip C. Thackray, 63, of Renfrew waived to court charges of driving under the influence and hit-and-run, filed April 14 by Penn Township police.
Robyn L. Tuttle, 26, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of manufacturing methamphetamine, operating a meth lab, possession of liquid ammonia gas, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and child endangerment, filed May 10 by state police.
Honor L. Whitelow, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, filed March 30 by Butler County Drug Task Force.
