Moniteau's softball team wrapped up the KSAC South title with an 8-5 win at Keystone Thursday afternoon.

Britney Fallen drove in five runs while Sydney Boben and Chloe Eshenbaugh both scored three times.

Holly Colosimo struck out five in a complete-game victory for Moniteau.

The Warriors (12-1), will close the regular season with a pair of games Saturday: at Karns City (noon) and at A-C Valley (4 p.m.).

In other games:

• Maggie McKain had two doubles and Breezzie Rich added a triple and a single as Karns City routed West Forest 17-3.

Lauren Downs got the win in the circle for the Gremlins (7-6), who clinched a spot in the District 9 Class AA playoffs.

• Stephanie Kotomski, Melea Mauthe and Kalene Ireland each had two hits, but Slippery Rock fell to Sharon 4-3.
