Louise B. Tibbens

Louise B. Tibbens, 84, of the Passavant Retirement Community, Zelienople, formerly of the North Side, passed away Saturday surrounded by her family.

Born March 15, 1927, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of Julius and Helen Banks.

Mrs. Tibbens retired as a secretary from the Pittsburgh School Board.

She was a lifetime member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, Pittsburgh.

She is survived by her two children, Carol Guckert and her husband, Raymond, of Zelienople and Dennis Tibbens of Madison, Ohio.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Banks.

<B>TIBBENS</B> — Friends of Louise B. Tibbens, who died Saturday, April 16, 2011, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at <B>Boylan Funeral Home</B>, 116 E. Main St., Evans City. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
