Army Reserve Staff Sgt.

Brian Knirnschild is returning to the United States after a deployment to Iraq serving in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn.He will return to Joint Base Dix-McGuire-Lakehurst, N.J., for debriefing, evaluations and out-processing procedures before returning to his regularly assigned Army Reserve or National Guard units.The sergeant, a motor transport operator with six years of military service, is regularly assigned to the 220th Transportation Company, Keene, N.H.He is the son of Jeffrey and Pamela Knirnschild of Butler.His wife, Brianne, is the daughter of Mark and Peggy Gorley of Cranberry Township.Knirnschild graduated in 2004 from Seneca Valley High School.———Army National Guard Pvt.

Tara Wisniewski has graduated from basic training at Fort Leonard Wood, Waynesville, Mo.She is the daughter of Lawrence and Nancy Wisniewski of Sarver.Wisniewski graduated in 2009 from Freeport High School.
