Ruth A. Claypoole
Ruth A. Claypoole, 68, of Higgins Corners, Hilliards, passed away Monday evening at the Alle-Kiski Medical Center, Tarentum, following an illness.
Born in Butler County, Nov. 13, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Lillian Hilliard Scott.
Surviving are a daughter and her husband, Cynthia “Cindy” (Ken) Seybert of Hilliards, with whom she made her home; a son, William Hamilton of Butler; two grandchildren, William “Buddy” Grunden and Linda Ealy; two great-grandchildren, Tyson Grunden and Kody Ealy; one sister, Terry Martin of Butler; three brothers, William Scott of West Sunbury and Robert and Donald Scott, both of Butler; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Claypoole; a sister, Marsha Ealy; and a brother, Richard Scott.
