Esther V. Lindo Lutzic, 94, of Middlesex Township, Valencia, died Monday evening under the care of the Good Samaritan Hospice of Concordia in Cabot.

Born in Bermuda, Dec. 9, 1916, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Mary Moniz Lindo.

A homemaker, Mrs. Lutzic was a member of the Holy Sepulcher Church.

She enjoyed cooking for anyone who came to her home. She was known for her potato salad and nut bread. She crocheted hundreds of caps for Caps For Kids and for Children's Hospital.

Surviving are her son, Andrew Lutzic and his wife, Karen, of Valencia. She was the grandmother of Allan (Susan) Lutzic of Richmond, Va., and Craig (Kristen) Lutzic of Valencia; great-grandmother of Logan, Zoe and Kayleigh; and sister of Arnold, Donald and Kathleen, all in Bermuda.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael R. Lutzic, on April 16, 1997; and by many brothers and sisters.

<B>LUTZIC</B> — Friends of Esther V. Lindo Lutzic, who died Monday, March 28, 2011, will be received at the <B>McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home</B>, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars, Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in the Holy Sepulcher Church, 1304 E. Cruikshank Road, Butler, PA 16002, at 11 a.m. Friday with the Rev. John Gizler III, pastor, officiating.
