Will, Cypher
An Oct. 1 wedding is being planned by Leanne Will of Waterford, Pa., and Todd Cypher of Edinboro.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Timothy and Linda Will of Waterford, Pa. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Stanley and Deborah Cypher of Butler.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Fort LeBoeuf High School in Waterford and of Edinboro University, where she received a degree in applied media arts with a concentration in graphic design. She is employed as a graphic designer in Erie.
Her fiance graduated from Butler High School and from Edinboro University, where he received a degree in criminal justice. He is also a graduate of the Mercyhurst Municipal Police Academy. He is employed as a supervisor at Hermitage House Youth Services in Edinboro.
