SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

David W. Beattie, 27, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia and speeding, filed Dec. 2 by Saxonburg police.

Franz J. Koller Jr., 45, of Butler waived to court charges of reckless endangerment and harassment, filed Feb. 6 by state police.

Henry G. Zukowski Jr., 62, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, not using turn signals and a lane violation, filed Jan. 10 by Saxonburg police.

Bonetti Jr., 42, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Dec. 27 by state police.Samantha C. Deramo, 21, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI and a lighting violation, filed Feb. 8 by Slippery Rock police.Rory F. Donaldson, 23, of Grove City waived to court charges of possessing marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and conspiracy to commit criminal mischief, filed Dec. 29 by Harrisville police.Curran E. McFadden, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Feb. 10.Joseph L. Parisi, 31, of Emlenton, Venango County, waived to court charges of DUI, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Feb. 24.Charles Weltner, 48, of Butler waived to court two counts each of forgery and conspiracy in separate cases filed Feb. 14.
