Donald P. Biesinger, 50, of Ford City, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving and a lighting violation, filed Nov. 24 by state police.
Lisa M Gall, 40, of Saxonburg waived to court a charge of child endangerment, filed March 14 by Butler County detectives.
John C. Rogers, 48, of Valencia was held for court on a charge of DUI, filed Oct. 19 by Penn Township police.
William M. Skiles, 71, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI and improper use of high beams, filed Jan. 16 by state police.
Tyler D. Smith, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 11 by state police. Smith was ordered to pay $364.50 in fines and court costs.

In a separate case filed Jan. 25, Gold waived charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and not wearing a seat belt.Tyler D.
