SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Michael J. Hoover, 23, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of trespass, terroristic threats and harassment, filed March 12 by state police.

Frederick L. Love, 39, of Prospect waived to court a charge of bad checks, filed Oct. 11 by Middlesex Township police.

Annika A. Ringler, 26, no known address, waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft and criminal mischief, filed April 15 by state police.

Alexander Leo Simon Jr., 41, of Sarver waived to court two counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied structure and six counts of reckless endangerment, filed March 13 by Buffalo Township police.

Lazaro M. Tavira, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass, theft and criminal mischief, filed April 15 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Tyson J. Bargerstock, 25, of Worthington, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 30.Matthew D. Dipner, 26, of New Castle waived to court charges of driving under the influence, harassment, careless driving and reckless driving, filed March 7.Timothy J. Hindman, 51, of Boyers waived to court two counts of aggravated assault and charges of DUI, resisting arrest, theft, attempted theft, hit-and-run, unsafely passing a vehicle, improperly approaching an intersection, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, reckless driving and failing to stop and render aid, filed March 9.Gregory D. Loos Jr., 30, of Butler waived to court a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, filed Feb. 22.Zachary L. Revay, 19, of Kittanning waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 22.Kathy Ann Stutler, 49, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 14. Stutler was ordered to pay $475.50 in fines and court costs.Chase P. Texter, 30, of Parker waived to court charges of theft and unauthorized use of a vehicle, filed Feb. 22.<B></B>
