Montgomery, Alaburda
Jamie Montgomery of Cuyahoga Falls, formerly of Butler, and Jacob Alaburda of Kaneohe Bay, Oahu, Hawaii, were united in marriage March 13 at Marine Corps Base in Hawaii. The Rev. Mark Cox officiated. A reception followed in Honolulu.
The bride is the daughter of Tammy Osborne of Butler and Ron and Debbie Montgomery of Munroe Falls, Ohio. Parent of the bridegroom is Maureen Alaburda of Attleboro, Mass.
The honor attendant was Tricia Hardy of Michigan.
Performing the duties of best man was Andrew Garrett of Indiana.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Stow-Munroe Falls High School in Stow, Ohio. She will graduate in May from the University of Akron with a bachelor’s in family and child development. She is employed by the University of Akron in Akron, Ohio.
The bridegroom graduated in 2007 from Milford High School in Milford, Mass. He is in the United States Marine Corps in Kaneohe Bay, Oahu, Hawaii.
Following a honeymoon trip to Honolulu, the couple is making their home in Attleboro, Mass.
