Kachaylo, Jackson
Heather Marie Kachaylo, formerly of Butler, and Jim Jackson of Garden City Beach, S.C., were united in marriage March 1 in Surfside Beach, S.C. An informal reception followed on the beach near the Garden City Pier.
The bride is the daughter of Michael and Donna Kachaylo of Myrtle Beach, S.C. Parents of the bridegroom are Jack and Janet Jackson of Warren, Ohio.
The bride is a 1994 graduate of Butler High School, attended Butler County Community College and graduated in 1999 from Slippery Rock University where she received a bachelor’s in business administration. She received a certificate in Paralegal Studies in 2007 from Horry Georgetown Technical College. She served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.
The bridegroom graduated in 1991 from Champion High School and from Kent State University, where he received a bachelor’s. He is employed as a producer at WMBF Television in Myrtle Beach.
Following a honeymoon cruise to the Bahamas, the couple is making their home in Murrells Inlet, S.C.
