Ford, Shaffer
Leanne Ford of Nashville and Bradley Shaffer of Pittsburgh were united in marriage July 3 in an outdoor ceremony at a private residence called the Summer Haven in Granville, Ohio. The Rev. Mike McCormick of South Hills Bible Chapel officiated. A reception followed at the same location.
The bride is the daughter of Jacqueline Ford of Upper St. Clair and the late Michael Ford. Parents of the bridegroom are Jay and Lynn Shaffer of Butler.
The honor attendant was Jacqueline Ford, the mother of the bride. Bridesmaids included Lindsey Shaffer of Pittsburgh, Lynn Shaffer of Butler and Michelle Faist of Upper St. Clair.
Performing the duties of best man was Jay Shaffer of Butler, father of the groom. Ushers included Steve Ford of Pittsburgh and Greg Faist of Upper St. Clair.
The bride is a 2000 graduate of Upper St. Clair High School and a graduate of Ohio University. She is a freelance fashion stylist.
The bridegroom graduated in 2001 from Butler High School and attended the University of Cincinnati and the Savannah College of Art and Design. He is employed as the art director in the marketing department of the corporate division of American Eagle Outfitters in Pittsburgh.
Following a honeymoon trip to the Caribbean LaLuna Spa Resort in Grenada, the couple is making their home in Sewickley.
