Elaine G. Fyke
Elaine G. Fleming Fyke, 81, of Mars died Tuesday morning at the LAS/St. John Specialty Care Center in Mars.
Born in Millvale, Oct. 6, 1929, she was the daughter of the late James R. and Gertrude P. Bryner Corfield.
Elaine was a retired administrative secretary for the Society of Automotive Engineers.
She was a member of the NorthWay Christian Community in Wexford.
Surviving are a daughter, Suzanne L. Ramella (Gary) of Ruskin, Fla.; two sons, John A. Fleming (Jeannie) and G. Michael Fleming (Jenifer), both of Mars; two stepdaughters, Sally E. Fyke Power of Ingomar and Cynthia R. Richey (William) of Reserve Township; and a stepson, George H. Fyke (Lois) of Churchill. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Howard L. Fyke, who she married June 9, 1979, and who died March 29, 1996; and by a brother, James R. Corfield.
