SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Joshua Todd Bennett, 20, of Portersville waived to court two counts of DUI and one count each of underage drinking, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without insurance, duties at a stop sign, driving at unsafe speed, careless driving, reckless driving, accident with damage to unattended vehicle or property and operating a vehicle without valid inspection, filed Nov. 29.

Matthew David Hudak, 20, of Prospect waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and unauthorized use of a vehicle, filed Nov. 22.

Shawn Robert Leddon, 33, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment (filing date not provided).

Brandon David Roe, 18, of McKees Rocks waived to court three counts of DUI and one count each of disregard to single lane, driving in the wrong lane, careless driving, not using low beam and failure to use a seat belt, filed Oct. 18.

Kenneth Dean Saeler, 54, of Boyers waived to court two counts of DUI and one count each of disregard to single lane, driving at unsafe speed, accident with damage to unattended vehicle or property and failure to notify police of an accident, filed July 25.

Aaron James Scarborough, 36, of Prospect waived to court two counts of DUI and one count each of driving while license is suspended or revoked, operating a vehicle without insurance and failure to wear a seat belt, filed Nov. 2.

Charles Linton Shirey, 19, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and unauthorized use of a vehicle, filed Nov. 22.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:James A. Gall Jr., 36, of Saxonburg waived to court 30 counts of aggravated indecent assault of a child less than 13 years old, 10 counts each of indecent assault of a child less than 13, child endangerment and invasion of privacy, and 20 counts of corruption of minors, filed in three cases Feb. 9 by Butler County detectives.Damon C. Greiner, 20, of Tarentum waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possessing drug paraphernalia and careless driving, filed Jan. 1 by Buffalo Township police.Mark L. Johnston, 23, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, reckless driving and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Dec. 22 by Penn Township police.Steven M. McChesney, 31, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, a stop sign violation and not using turn signals, filed Jan. 11 by state police.Mark A. Porter, 23, of Tarentum waived to court charges of DUI, possessing drug paraphernalia and careless driving, filed July 30 by state police.Jennifer A. Steiner, 26, of Cowansville waived to court charges of DUI, a lane violation, not using turn signals and careless driving, filed Dec. 4 by state police.Michael W. Sullivan, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Jan. 15 by Buffalo Township police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Samuel Alberio, 19, of Philadelphia waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 25.Ronald D. Butler Jr., 54, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, theft by unlawful taking, two counts each of theft by deception, receiving stolen property, bad checks and criminal mischief, and unauthorized use of a vehicle, filed Feb. 8.Cody R. Howard, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 16. Howard was ordered to pay $574 in fines and court costs.Andrew Kijowski, 22, of East Brady, Clarion County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Dec. 22.Samuel Shultz, 24, of East Brady waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, disregarding traffic lanes not using turn signals, filed Dec. 28.Justin M. Tirk, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Jan. 19.Chad A.
