Hat and Tails
Dressed in a zoot suit, Bandit Rubio, a Chihuahua, is held by his owner Anthony Rubio of New York as they wait to take part in a fashion show Friday at the Hotel Pennsylvania in New York prior to the start of the Westminster Dog Show. Rubio designed Bandit’s outfit. The 135th annual show will be held Monday and Tuesday at Madison Square Garden.
