SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Dorothy E. Anderson, 38, of Parker waived to court charges of access device fraud and theft, filed Nov. 16, 2009, by Penn Township police.

Mary Dahl, 56, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks filed Jan. 12 in a private complaint by Cassady Pierce Co. of Clinton Township. Dahl was ordered to pay $2,141.56 in restitution and court costs.

Justin A. McCall, 31, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed by state police.

Vincent P. Sheber, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a stop sign violation and careless driving, filed Sept. 4 by state police.

John H. Volk, 54, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Aug. 27 by Saxonburg police.

SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Tim Shaffer recently heard these cases filed by state police:Kenneth C. Bowland, 35, of Prospect waived to court two counts each of aggravated assault and simple assault and charges of terroristic threats and reckless endangerment, filed Dec. 23.Joshua A. Fajohn, 21, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of criminal mischief, conspiracy to commit criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, filed Jan. 27.Matthew N. Ford, 24, of Eau Claire waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license-DUI related, disregarding traffic lane and careless driving, filed May 4.Kimberly Ann Guiney, 43, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of manufacturing marijuana, conspiracy to possess a controlled substance and possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 6.William R. Guiney, 46, of Slippery Rock was held for court on charges of manufacturing marijuana, conspiracy to possess a controlled substance and possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 6.James A. Mayes, 30, of Wexford waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 29.Joseph P. White, 31, of Grove City waived to court charges of simple assault, reckless endangerment and harassment, filed Feb. 4.<B></B>
