Lois Elaine Oviatt, 77, of Butler passed away Saturday at the VNA Inpatient Hospice Unit.

She was born June 2, 1933, in Jamestown, N.Y., the daughter of the late Claude and Ruth Coulter.

Lois enjoyed bowling, ceramics, playing cards and bingo.

Surviving are two sons, Randy Oviatt of Renfrew and Jeff (Brenda) Oviatt of Slippery Rock; three grandchildren, Lee Oviatt of Butler, Christine Cox of Charleroi and Patrick Oviatt of Latrobe; and two great-grandchildren, Blake and Nathaniel Oviatt.

She also was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Edward Oviatt, who died Oct. 13, 1992.
