PHILADELPHIA — Police said they're investigating the death of a 20-year-old woman who had a cosmetic injection into her buttocks at a hotel near the Philadelphia airport.

Detectives said the woman and three companions had traveled from London. A detective said the woman who had the injection later was taken to a hospital and died early Tuesday.

The results of an autopsy haven't been released.

STATE COLLEGE— A Penn State student has been hospitalized after police say he fell about 36 feet Monday night from an apartment balcony.State College police said they don't suspect foul play and the fall appeared to have been part of an intentional act.The student's name wasn't released.
